Rachael graduated from Saint Mary's College in 2017, with a degree in Communications and Psychology. After gaining experience in Public Relations at a prestigious mass communication firm in San Francisco, Rachael joined Keller Williams in 2019, drawn by her deep-rooted passion for the real estate industry and helping others.
Having obtained her California Real Estate License in 2020, Rachael is enthusiastic about being part of the fast-paced and exhilarating world of real estate. Meet Ashley GolladayYou might say real estate is in Ashley Golladay’s blood. Growing up, her mother was a successful real estate agent, whisking Ashley away to open houses and teaching her the business from an early age.In 2004, Ashley took on the role of financial manager for multiple locations of a major franchise in the Dallas area. She quickly began outpacing and outperforming her counterparts ten-to-one in month-end closeouts. She began training others in best practices, efficiencies and process improvements.
Finding great success in solving systemic business challenges, Ashley’s entrepreneurial spirit kicked in and she began her own niche consulting company - converting crippling problems into seamless solutions for brokerages across the US. Meet Darlene Kincaid
Darlene Kincaid has been in the real estate industry since 2004. She started off as an independent agent and then joined a top team as a buyers agent. In 2008, she combined her love of real estate and operations and began working with multiple agents as an independent admin and transaction coordinator. This helped them gain leverage in their businesses. In 2010, she joined forces with Renée White as her first assistant. Together, Renée and Darlene have grown the Renée White Team from a team of 2 to a team of 17, producing over 200 million in volume per year. Darlene also grew her role from Assistant to Director of Operations. As DOO, she leads an operations team of 8 and continues to be Renée’s right hand in the growth of the business.
Darlene has always been a go-getter. Prior to real estate, Darlene spent around 15 years working as an admin in various roles in both corporate and start-up environments. Her roles were typically assisting the top leader of a department or company. This range of experience has given Darlene the perspective of what business owners need in the way of administrative leverage and how assistants can deliver it at a high level.
Darlene is passionate about consulting and mentoring admins and agents in leveraging effective systems that bring freedom to any role. Meet Crystal Shores: After working in sales and marketing for 12 years, Crystal made the transition to real estate in 2014 and hasn’t looked back since. Her knowledge and passion to help others led her to work as a real estate broker both independently and on a team. She worked hard to ensure that all her clients were educated and guided through the home buying and selling process.
That hard work continued as she joined Alignmint in 2018 in an administrative capacity. Crystal quickly became a resource for clients, agents, and other vendors and moved through the ranks to become the team's Director of Operations. Originally from Vermont, Crystal currently lives in Mebane with her husband George, child Oak and 2 dogs, Munchkin & Fozzie. After moving back to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania she began working with a Real Estate team in Exton, PA. During this time, she got her real estate license and helped grow the husband-and-wife team to triple their earnings within four years.
Yearning for something more and being a serial entrepreneur, she decided she needed to build a business of her own, so she decided to become a notary public. After reading, listening to multiple podcasts, and getting additional training, she became a certified loan signing agent. This allowed her to build a lucrative personal business using just a notary commission! Her success with her business allowed her to purchase her first home, right in Chester Springs, PA.

She quickly realized that the part of real estate she enjoyed the most was managing transactions and keeping things on track. In 2019, while still working as the Executive Assistant for The Marian Home Group, Stepfionne began her business.
