I have to admit I think this broadcast is very important for those whose heart are broken right now.
Awesome Podcast Jay. Thankyou so much. To the point I'll be carrying out the mapping in Paperchase notebooks I haven't yet ordered.
Hey Jay, on Lockdown I have got into the habit before the Sun rises and listening to your Podcasts. amazing. This is so far by far my favourite episode. so powerful. ❤❤❤ I really hope we meet one day.
This Pod really made my day😍😍😍😍
I loved it. exactly th last 15 minutes. I needed to hear it.
But what about the "golden handcuffs"? There are some in a situation that if they leave, they lose a lot: retirement, pension, security, healthcare. Do you stick it out for 8-10 years and then revel in the ability to "sample"? Or do you give all that up in the hope that you'll find something else that is your calling or that makes you happier?
Thank you, i really needed to hear this. ♥️
Amazing👏👏👏👏👏👏
wooooooonderfuuuul💚💚💚💚

i'm from Iran and despite that Listening in English is a little bit hard for me buuuut i realy love your tips and i'm trying to follow them😍💜

And to add- Maybe Mr. Goggins might need to go back into his childhood and review why he thinks he needs to bully himself into healing or shifting his power, when working toward a state of graceful awareness into natural motivation move much faster, much easier and with less depreciation.
I like your podcast. However, I did not care for the toxic and belligerent language Mr. Goggins perpetuated through the whole podcast. That kind of language and emotional bullying displayed throughout his words were really distasteful and for me, it contributed to losing the value of his message. I’m a little stunned, knowing your work, that you allowed it to continue through. It was really offensive.
this is one of the deepest and most inspiring podcast i have ever listened to. amazing book! amazing show.! thanks Jay
I respect you a lot Jay Shetty. I must ask though, why the two syringes?
Amazingly profound episode. So many golden nuggets. Thank you Jay and Gwyneth for your outstanding contribution to the wellness space. Phenomenal 🙏🙏
This Wim Hof episode is very interesting! I hope more people can enter into his new paradigm of thinking. I really do hope his theory on our control over autonomic system and inflammation is correct. But please get rid of or change the soundtrack while guests talk. It's not a videogame.
very nice...sir
