Have you seen The Joker? This film fascinated me. I’ve been through moments of depression and really low-points, so I watched it from the perspective of a student of mental health. My favorite quote from the film was, “The worst part about having a mental illness is that people expect you to behave as if you don’t.” Have you ever felt this? In this episode, I want to help break the stigma of mental health and give you the tools to improve yours. A Word From Our Sponsors:Your First Month Free at  https://kiwico.com/JAYGet 20% off at https://modsy.com offer code: PURPOSE50% off your first order at https://takecareof.com code: ONPURPOSE50Get 21 days at https://trylesmills.com/ONPURPOSE

I love these podcast. The only thing that could be better are those adds/ commercials. Can you save them for the end of or beginning of the podcasts. It’s so distracting when driving, trying to fast forward them. My partner loved the first few but she stopped listening because of them and I am close to doing the same

I liked the format but the quality of the audio made it more difficult to hear. I missed a few things completely because I couldn't hear through all the noise.
