Great content you have Jay. Listening all the way from Kenya. I think you should do a whole podcast on pain in family because it's an issue that affects alot of people and sometimes makes them feel like failures. One can distance themselves but I think the pain could still be triggered if healing and forgiveness does not occur.

Great lessons to learn and practice. 1. Tell people what you genuinely want but don't expect it. 2. You'll have to make sacrifices but don't sacrifice who you are. 3. Make rules & routines for effortless relations. 4. Small steps Big priority. 5. To think outside the box get in the zone. 6. Approach one thing from multiple paths. 7. Be patient about big things. Impatient about small things. 8. Growing feels like purification & cleansing. 9. No one can change your life apart from you. 10. To be successful and happy Serve Serve Serve. 11. Mythical Balance. Short term imbalance. 12. Good time show who cares. Bad time show who really care.
