In this week's podcast Cyre explains what it was like to register for a new year of preschool. We talk about hope, dreams and the opportunities we want education to provide for our children. We recognize education is an important part of life. With the right educational experiences you can have some amazing opportunities. As parents we want to be able to give our kids options we never had. Preschool is not really an essential part of any child's education... or is it. On the podcast this week we tackle our marriage and feelings for each other in our 5 years. On this week's episode Jonathan and Cyre go a nude beach! We were on vacation in Miami and decided to check it out. One of us was totally down for the experience and the other was really hesitant. With this trip to the beach it really brought up feeling about how we view our own bodies, about how we move through the world in our own bodies. On this week's episode Jonathan and Cyre tell stories about their neighbors. They have had some good ones and some TRASH neighbors. The thing is though, we all have neighbors but we really don't know the people we live next. We may see them in the hallways of our apartments buildings or on the way out to our cars on the way to work. We hardly interact but these people literally breathe the same air we do. How do we fix the stranger problem in our hoods? This week, we tackle the subject of authenticity. What's real, what not, what doesn't matter. We try to real work out what the draw for pretending is and what is really the reason we all I mean, WE ALL gravitate toward things that are sugar coated. What does being real mean to you?

This week we watched Love is Blind on Netflix. We laughed... I cried...he threw things at the screen...and we both were over it. Overall,  listen to this episode to hear our thoughts on the series and if we would watch a season 2 of it all if it was renewed. We also talk about what we would have wanted to see more or less of and how other storylines played out after all. We guess that's what the reunion is for but we won't be watching that! So on this week's episode of On The Real Tip Cyre and Jonathan are completing a puzzle and talking about our thoughts of covid-19. This time last week we were preparing for a family vacation that we quickly realized wasn't going to happen as planned. Fast forward to this week, we should all be practicing our social distancing and doing our best to stay healthy and happy and safe. Cyre and Jonathan have realized that the world has changed and there are some things that don't make sense anymore in this time. They also realize that some things are morale boosters. On this week's Jonathan and Cyre talk about Leila's corner; Jonathan's garden aptly named after his grandmother who had a wonderful green thumb. Not just in plants, but in people and in life. We talk composting, raised garden beds, soil depletion, nutrients and Louboutins! Somehow it all connects! We talk about food waste and sustainability and all that comes with it. Have you ever wanted to do something different but you were too afraid to do it because a lot of people were depending on you or you were just scared about it? Yep! We he ave both been there and done that. In this week's episode Cyre and Jonathan talk through what it was like when Cyre went back to school, changed her career all while pregnant and newly married. We talk about the fear, the excitement and the highs and lows. It was a four year, first hand experience for what it was like to be juggling multiple things and to make it out on top.

While still social distancing due to covid-19, Cyre and Jonathan take a personality test to see where they really stood: introvert or extrovert. We talk about what those words means, how they arrived at taking those tests. We also learn so much about how the other person process certain situations. We asked our followers on Instagram to take a poll and these poll results factored into how we recorded this episode. Look out for more polls and question boxes

Week 7 of inside time and it has us thinking about all the things and all the places that we want to visit when it time. We talk about some places both near and far. Trust us this is a good one! We are not the ones who need the education. Call your white friends, call out your white family members. Make it plain this is not going to be tolerated. You will not stand for it. Goggle/Instagram are excellent sources for finding tools to educate your self. Do the work.

This week we are back and talking about things that specifically American Black people have to consider on a daily basis. We are tired and we know y'all are too. One of the things about this community of us is that we can band together and honestly laughter is the best medicine for some of these situations. We talk, flying while black, searching the internet while black, thinking while black and a whole host of other situations that are not specific to Black people but we feel them the most.
