One British Man

We're living in uncertain times and we need eachother. In part one of this episode, I explore the quiet disconnection many of us are experiencing -  from ourselves, from each other, and from the ground beneath our feet.Using the metaphor of a lighthouse, we look at what it means to feel anchored in uncertain times, and why perhaps the solution isn’t fixing the entire world but building small, steady places of belonging within it.In Part Two, we explore natural British expressions such as:droning (adjective)Airy (adjective)Relentless (adjective)A gentle reminder (expression)to have a wobble (expression)To sit with something (expression)To yank (verb)To sound the alarm (expression)There are lots of expressions in this episode that I haven't mentioned in part 2 - so why not ask me about them on Instagram @onebritishman - just write a comment or DM me.If you are more interested in private lessons, just visit onebritishman.com and get in touch.
