Victor is at war with local locksmith Mr. Laverick Local greengrocer Millicent can't wait to get her claws into Victor Mrs. Warboys is involved in an accident Victor is involved in a mix-up at the hospital Mrs. Warboys is also a competition winner. WHAT IN THE NAME OF PORTUGAL?! Olá e bem-vindo to One Foot in the Podcast Christmas special - part 1 of 2. Algarve episode has to be one of my favourite One Foot specials. I'm joined by the very loyal Darren for this one. So much to discuss, that this pod will be published as two episodes. One Foot in the Algarve was well received by comedy fans. It has to be one of the more successful British sitcom episode specials filmed outside of its comfort zones (abroad). What a treat we have in store: -Margaret joins Victor and Margaret on a quest to meet a long-time pen-friend Alfonso -The great Peter Cook stars as the hapless Martin Trout, who is on the chase for his priceless roll of film who he believes Margaret to accidently possess which contains apparant saucy photos of a public figure of more than a compromising position -A close-encounter nearly sees Mrs. Warboys attacked -The Meldrews' and Mrs. Warboys are seemingly arrested and dumped in a grotty "prison" -Mrs Warboys' goes missing which brings panic and fear for the Meldrews -The Meldrews receive help from professional boxer Hugo, who gets embroiled in the Mrs. Warboys saga of her whereabouts Please leave me a review and help spread One Foot in the Podcast to other moaners. WHAT IN THE NAME OF BLOODY HELL?! One Foot in the Podcast is proud to announce its first guest, who has starred in many of our favourite British comedies and more importantly, One Foot in the Grave, in Michael Fenton Stevens. Michael starred as Pippa's brother Geoffrey Croker in Series 5 episode 'Hole in the Sky'. His character had misled us very briefly into thinking he was a secret lover of Pippa.  Pour yourself a drink, sit-back and listen to Michael's musings of his joyous career and the podcast he also produces and presents: My Time Capsule. Hello and welcome back to One Foot in the Podcast - thank you for downloading. This week, I discuss Victor in the Bath, the Comic Relief special broadcast in March 1993.  A very short episode for the biennial Comic Relief event sees Victor's musings, whilst bathing with an amusing answer machine message meant for a dentist's victim. Please leave me a review and help spread One Foot in the Podcast to other moaners. Well would you look at that?? Series 4 has come and gone – just like that. A huge thank you, as ever, for your continued loyalty.  Please consider reviewing the podcast if you haven’t already. It really, really helps! A bit of a bizarre finale, which is a completely different episode to the previous – lots going on this week: -Victor re-explores his conjuring tricks, which comes with a few headaches -Jean Warboys suspects her husband is having an affair -Patrick suspects ever more weirdness from the Meldrew’s household -Firefighters are at Victor’s every beck and call – much to his annoyance Email: onefootinthepodcast@gmail.com Twitter: @onefootinthepod Facebook: One Foot in the Podcast
Highly regarded as one of the most creative and professionally written/acted performances by Renwick and Wilson. The one-man show has us in stitches. Somehow, without barely a plot, a genius minute by minute account of Victor's boredom shines through, as he awaits his call-up for jury duty. Ben is back to discuss this beastly episode with me - what a gem he is. Please consider reviewing the podcast. A huge thank you for downloading - I really, really appreciate it. 4.2.9.1!  This week, I'm joined by the lovely Lucy to discuss Warm Champagne. The Meldrews return from a sunny break-away and it's fair to say both are not pleased to be back. Victor's share of Margaret's love looks to have diminished and shed towards some sort of a holiday romance in Ben. A comedy of errors sees Victor in bed with another woman and of course, there's war with half of Riverbank!  A huge thank you for downloading - I really, really appreciate it. Welcome to this emotional rollercoaster of an episode. This week, I'm joined by David Friend. A literal 50-50 mix of comedy and horror this week - regarded as one of the greatest episodes of One Foot that Renwick produced. Hopefully, David and I do it some justice in this extra-long podcast show. The Meldrews, Mrs. Warboys and Mr. Swainey venture out into the Norfolk countryside. Oh joy! Bound to get a bit of piece, quiet and tranquillity..what happens? -Road-rage battles -Two rounds of bloodied noses for Victor -Lost at sea, whilst playing Trivial Pursuit -Lost in the woods, whilst Victor + Jean play an unintentional parlor game! -A dark encounter with a countryside care home A huge thank you for downloading - I really, really appreciate it. Email: onefootinthepodcast@gmail.com Facebook: One Foot in the Podcast
This week, I'm joined by guest, Rich Taylor. Look out for him in  2021's Britain's Got Talent as he'll be looking to make audiences and  those berks who call themselves judges laugh! It's fair to say that Victor experiences an overload of emotions this  week - as well as Margaret. One thing is for sure, Victor is a man of  principle and morals as we'll be discussing. Plenty of laugh out loud moments as ever. What's in store? -Margaret's feeling the strain -A costume mix-up - twice! -Mr. Swainey's quite surreal way of carrying out a hobbie -A face from the past visits Margaret -A bloody waste disposal unit that can't keep down its food! A huge thank you for downloading - I really, really appreciate it. WHAT IN THE NAME OF BLOODY HELL?! Here we are, series 4 - already! I'm joined by One Foot in the Podcast's first female guest - it's the lovely Nicky! The show has evolved greatly and things are about to get more and more surreal for the Meldrews this series. What's in store this week? Vic hires a larger than life      gardener to rectify Patrick and Pippa's wondering cherry tree Denzil the puppy causes      Patrick no-end of pain thanks to a bag of sea life mix, placed near the      bins Vic is fathering a batch of      guppies - perhaps unsuccessfully Margaret is dealt some bad      news which concludes a spooky revelation Email: onefootinthepodcast@gmail.com Facebook: One Foot in the Podcast Twitter: @onefootinthepod *This podcast is not financially rewarded for any marketing or advertisement campaigns- simply working together with other people in the community

What's in store for the Meldrews this week? -Victor has a new job! - For how long? -Victor catches fleas -A monumental cock-up involving a window cleaner and Jean's cousin Wilf -A classic yet bizarre fly-tipping moment -A game of hide&seek with Ronnie and Mildred Email: onefootinthepodcast@gmail.com Facebook: One Foot in the Podcast Twitter: @onefootinthepod *This podcast is not financially rewarded for any marketing or advertisement campaigns- simply working together with other people in the community End credit theme is owned by: The Orchard Music (on behalf of Gut Records); BMI - Broadcast Music  Inc., ARESA, ASCAP, Concord Music Publishing, and 3 Music Rights  Societies
*Please consider reviewing the show - it really does help spread the word!* Thank you for downloading once again! This week, I'm joined by my first overseas caller, all the way from South Africa - Matt! Who shares his passion for the show and how he accidently got into a show he now deems his favourite comedy. What's in store this week? -An unseen, yet heard about devil-like teddy -Some backchatting burglar -A cursed scorpion -A slightly irritating old dear -A very small taxi -A death -A cow!
