We talk about the seasons of life that you might be in currently, honouring whatever stage you're in and taking a breath and taking the heat, the sting, the emotion out of whatever challenge presents itself. Funnily enough, as I type this bio and upload episode nine I find myself once again, having to take this advice and find the hidden blessings in another challenge. This time 'round though it feels like I'm ready to jump off the merry-go-round and stop playing small.

We chat to Andrew about anything and everything. One minute it's food and childhood memories, the next it's attachment and the suffering caused by loss.
