Step 1: Let go. This may require for the attachments to surface to let you know what you are holding on to. See it, and have gratitude for it. Step 2, is to realize your potential in where you are. When you let go, you open space for energy to sweep in, so you must be very intentional in what energy you want to invite in. When you let go, realize the potential in where you are, and invite possibility to take shape in where you are going. This requires openness, dreams, positive flow, and inspiration, so that “possibility” can go from energy to physicality. Feel yourself stepping into pure potential and limitless freedom. Step 3, is to have faith in the unfolding. Your realities are shifting so quickly, but energy still needs time to take shape. Expectation creates attachments, so release even your expectation. Instead of expectation, have eagerness for what may illuminate for you on your path now that you are open and ready for something new, and something full of potential and possibility - without holding on too tight or attaching too much to the things you want.  Step 4, is to notice the expansion in every NOW moment. What you may not have noticed before, because the mind was spinning in the wheels of constructed limitation - you may now begin to notice. And this is: that each moment is new and different; the changes you have been asking for is here and now, but for you to grab hold of these changes, you must be able to see and connect with them. 4 Steps to Processing Emotions: PERMISSION. It is okay to feel it. Give yourself permission, allowance, space, and time to feel it. Don’t be so hard on yourself. EASE INTO PERSPECTIVE. Ease yourself through the movement of it. This is done with the practice of grace. Instead of allowing the emotion to grab hold of you, you must grab hold of the emotion by opening your perspective of it (this merges heart and mind to work together in processing the fullness of the emotion, but you want to start at the heart not the head). This is not detachment, but disengagement from what you give power to. Do not give power to your emotions, by letting emotions move you through life. Instead, use your life to move through your emotions. DISENGAGE. As you move through the emotion, allow yourself to disengage from it. Emotion is energy, and energy amplifies as you focus and feed it. When you allow yourself to naturally move through the emotion (which requires surrender and acceptance), you are allowing for natural unfolding and progression, which is much like a wave in the ocean and how it naturally rises and falls - so is the energy of your emotions. Eventually, the emotion will begin to lift as its layers begin peeling back your attachment to the circumstance. Allow it to release. Do not try to hold on by feeding it more of why it should stay. You will know when it is time to let go. Sometimes, you just gotta get out of your own way. SURRENDER. Your gentle release of the emotion will open more surrender within you. This information came through as "children", but it's becoming more  clear that it's so much more - the Obsidian Energy is integrated into  all things birthed/created/manifested from these evolving relationships.  It is the power of co-creation during this time of change, and it comes  forth from you and those you love. *The information in this episode is shared solely from my perspective and awareness. Not everyone will resonate. Also, I glazed over a lot of things including the passage of time between all the events shared (could be hundreds or thousands of years in between events). Mesopotamia did not form directly after the downfall of Lemuria and Atlantis, but it took many years for things to evolve and change. But you must remember that leading-edge creation sometimes means that you must trust in things you do not know, “the unknown”. This is when your consciousness field provides a portal into the “unknown”. The “unknown” is the open field of possibility, probability and imagination, which allows you a space to play and trust in miracles and magic. It is “unknown” only because your direct consciousness has not yet understood it in recognizable form. Your NOW moment pulls consciousness from the greater mind into the body and then into recognizable form. 3 is the vibration of the “center of form” (collective body), the collective NOW moment, which focuses on the Body. 6 is the vibration of the “center of consciousness” (collective body). The collective center of consciousness is currently merging with the similar field of consciousness as Ancient Egypt (in its frequency-state, not necessarily knowledge-state). Consciousness focuses on the Mind. The Center of Consciousness works as a “portal consciousness”, or channel, for different fields of imagination. 9 is the vibration of the “center of imagination” (collective body), which is channeled through the collective consciousness, and focuses in Spirit. 3-6-9 is an energy sequence that the human mind has given a pattern to. The 3-6-9 energy sequence is found everywhere because it is the energy sequence of the Universal body. Everything is energy, and in your physical reality, you create with said energy. The 3-6-9 energy pattern is not much different than the DNA pattern that makes up your entire being. Except, 3-6-9 is a sequence of energy that make up an expanding spiral of enlightenment in the greater Universal body.  The number 3 represents an energy frequency that aligns with form. The number 6 represents an energy frequency that aligns with consciousness. The number 9 represents an energy frequency that aligns with spirit. In the Universe, these three frequencies tune together to create waves of light that manifest in different ways.
