Episode 1 – Centering and Balancing, a place to start.
Welcome to Oneness Unfolding, you are a part of this moment! Our world is changing as are we, and when we focus our attention and mindfully create we can begin to create the positive change we know is needed.
Balancing and Centering is the first meditation of the series using visualization of your energy to re-focus and re-align you. It is easy to begin, simply listen and engage to the level that is comfortable to you.
This meditation includes visualizations of chakras and gently leads you through each energy center. Chakra’s are considered to be wheels of light along the body that help the flow of energy. It is not necessary to have an in depth knowledge of meditation or chakras, simply listen and visualize what is comfortable to you. You are Welcome is a step into the journey of understanding our sense of belonging. That each person is born with an inherent connection to nature and the world around.
When we re-tune ourselves to that connection and reclaim our presence, we are empowered to move forward with clarity and direction. Guided meditation with visualization.
How do we begin to feel our gratitude again? When we are filled with love and joy, our gratitude is an action, it is a force for good.
Gratitude as an Action is about moving past words into action. Engaging with the energy of gratitude and sending that energy out to the universe. Recognizing and honoring the many gifts that have been shared with each of us.

The Attention and Intention meditation encourages you to use the tools you were born with, that come naturally, like your breath, your awareness, and your intention. Awareness in the form of attention holds power, and intention is power in action. Begin using your attention and intention to create mindfully in your life.
Our energy, when it is unencumbered, flows freely with a strong intention to move forward in abundance and with purpose. There are times when we limit this natural flow of energy; we may limit it through our blocked emotions, fear or uncertainty.

Emotional states is a two part reflective meditation, encouraging you to seek with awareness the purpose and intention of your emotions. The first in the series is about experiencing joy, love and other feelings that support your well-being. How do you feel them first hand, not as an external experience that the world around creates and you respond to, but as a direct experience.
Emotional Strength Part 1 offers you the opportunity to realign yourself with your positive emotions. Expressing your positive emotions internally and then if you choose, radiating this energy outwards.
It can be helpful to listen to this meditation more than once as you reflect on additional positive emotions that support you!
There can be a lot going on around us, and sometimes we need a time to just be. To rest in your knowingness and engage with your highest self in this moment. Each of us have beautiful and challenging emotions within us. Emotional Strength Part 2 is about bringing awareness to your emotions that can seem challenging. Bringing these emotions to light in a positive and supportive way, and seeking to take yourself off of auto-pilot.
As you grow to understand the purpose of these emotions you hold within, you are better equipped to choose the emotions that support and promote your well being.
A clear and open mind is a gift, but when we focus too much on the direction of the mind, the heart takes a back seat and becomes difficult to hear. We can lose our internal balance.
The Path of the Mind and The Path of the Heart is about bringing back this balance, and letting your mind and heart work together. Your heart holds wisdom, have you opened yourself to listen lately? To allow this gentle voice to speak with equal value and attention?

In our world we see reflections of beautiful vessels, these outer vessels carrying or holding life within. Our bodies are beautiful vessels that we tend to and care for; and this outer body supports the work of our inner self.
Beautiful Vessels and the Life Within teaches us to honor the outer vessel with a gentle heart, recognizing we all have scars, but they can be symbols of strength, beauty and resiliency. When we look deeper, we see that this outer vessel, supports the life within. All life needs nourishment to grow, what do you need to thrive? Are you open to sit in abundance of what supports you?

Along the way our natural state of love and radiant energy can become dulled by our experiences and responsibilities. Sometimes we need a reminder of the vibrancy of our awakened awareness.
The Energy that Surrounds you guides you through affirmations to remind you of the strength and gentleness you hold within and how these attributes support you as you move forward. Bringing you to a place of present moment focus and encouraging you to see how impactful your steps in life are. It is a guided seated meditation with visualizations.
This is a bonus guided walking meditation to take with you on a walk, opening up your senses to a relaxing and mindful walk. Using music which promotes theta waves for deeply reflective inward focus and peacefulness.
When we get outside and reconnect with nature it supports our well-being and can improve our outlook. You can think of this bonus episode like your companion to "The Energy that Surrounds You" which is a seated meditation.
This meditation re-centers you in the strengths you hold within and engages you with the power you have to move forward. It is about re-connecting to your steps, and honoring the impact they have on the Earth. Your Full Presence is a meditation intended to remind you of your fullness. To support you in allowing your full self to breathe for a moment. Understanding the parts you deny, are but lost and confused parts of the fullness of who you are, and are deserving of compassion.
