Our hosts get serious for this episode and discuss all about the failures and rejections that actors have to deal with on a weekly basis, how that can make us feel and share some guidance, advice and hope for any other performers out there receiving those big No's and showing that just like High School Musical, 'We're All In This Together'.

This week we're continuing our discussion about working in Theme Parks and our host James tells us all about working for Universal Studios Japan and how he came about working his dream job in one of the biggest theme parks in the world!
