Description
The Oopsy Daisy Podcast is a storytelling series comprised of stories told by you - the listener - and me (cause let's face it, I have a lot). These hilarious stories are about embarrassing “bathroom” mishaps that we have all encountered at some point in life. They don't have to happen in the bathroom, just anything pee, poop, puke, period...embarrassing related. It could be a life-altering story or something small, like an accidental fart, either way it's funny! Let's have a laugh at ourselves, together. On this episode I share a few different stories about my problem with next-day puking! I have always had a shift stomach but adding mass amounts of alcohol has turned me into a puking machine. Over the years I have developed the skills to hold back my vomit, which only means I am unwillingly forced to spew vomit at a random time the day after drinking. It "sneaks" up on me at the worst possible times. Join me in laughing at my pain...well mostly embarrassment. Do you have a technique to stop you from puking? Or do you have a funny story involving vomit? This week's episode is a MINI episode! We have two short stories from two guests. The first guest tells about how a McDonald's breakfast can go wrong and why you should always bring an extra swimsuit. The second guest is myself, your host. I share a story about a time I blacked out after a surgery. Do you know what happens to your bowels when you black out? That's right they release. These are stories we thought we would never tell anyone but here we are. Do you have a secret you want to share? On this weeks episode we have a compilation of different guests and their thoughts about the bum gun! If you're not familiar with the bum gun, it is an angel sent from heaven that resides next to the toilet to wash your ass after taking a dump. It's a game changer. Butt (pun intended) not everyone is open to using the bum gun for various reasons. We also discuss the squatty potty, including different stances and splash-age, and how to imitate the positive affects of the squatty potty even on a western toilet. Of course there is some other funny banter in regards to poop regularity, pushing and so on. On this weeks episode we have a hilarious guest who is a phenomenal best story-teller. He talks about a childhood memory when he didn't like to shit and would ignore his primal urges to sh*t. He teaches us about the deep butt and the rules that come along with it. Rule Number One: Just because you put shit in the deep butt doesn't mean you're ready for physical activity. Number Two: The Deep Butt forms spherical poop, which makes it easier to pick up. We discuss being poop-shy and how to combat this (hint: headphones). Farts are also a big topic: farting at the gym, making farts visible, ownership...the list goes on. This episode is funny as SH*T, don't miss it! On this weeks episode we have a very amusing guest with many different entertaining yet disturbing stories. She talks about different times nature has called, while in nature. From shitting in rivers in Africa, to abandoned houses and even a hiking trail in Myanmar. It's all hilarious and all embarrassing. We also hear some stories about when she left nature and traveled to the "back door" in the bedroom...or kitchen floor...or basement. On this weeks episode our guest shares loads of hilarious stories...a few involving a load of her own. She talks about how she secretly disposed of her sh*t while sitting outside at camp and the unfortunate events that continued after the incident. She shares her bladder problems, including bed wetting due to college binge drinking, as well as her electro-shock therapy in an attempt to fix her bladder. Well not quite, but still an interesting approach to help bed-wetters. This episode had me in tears and hopefully you will be too...in a good way. On this episode we have some more hilarious stories involving...cups. I don't know what it is with us women and cups, but we pee in them a lot. This weeks guest is one of my best friends and she has a LOT of funny stories. These stories are about how peeing in a cup can go wrong...very wrong. She also shares how a red solo cup can also be used as a pooper scooper and not for an animal. This episode will have you laughing for sure so make sure your cup is nearby. On this episode we have a few different funny stories from Stef from her lifetime. She talks about her bladder problems (which we know how to fix now from the episode before this one) and how she gets hot, red and sweaty from a sudden and strong urge to pee. Does this happen to you? She handles this urge by pulling over in the parking lot or in front of cafe windows to pee...on the road...in a cup...whatever is available and necessary. She also shares the most ridiculous and hilarious story about having to scoop poop...human poop...out of a toilet. You do not want to miss this episode! On this episode we listen to stories from two guests about different places we end up using as a toilet when "nature calls." Our first guest, Jennifer, tells about a unique toilet situation in China years ago. We learn how she gets the nickname "dog" and discuss the importance of toilet paper and how it brings people together. Our next guest, Kate, tells us a story about what to do when nature calls when in nature. We also discuss some funny stories about students shitting themselves as well as some very useful tips when it comes to sound! You are guaranteed a good laugh listening to these ladies!
On this episode, our guest talks about a drunken snack gone wrong. We have all had the drunken munchies but have you had three week old chicken liver pate as a drunken munchie? As you can guess, it did not end well, for her, her stomach or her pants. Sometimes a strong clench just isn't enough. We also get into some tales of drunk-sleepwalk-pee and vomit pay-backs.
On this episode, the guest tells a story about travelling the famous road from Chiang Mai to Pai in Thailand. This road involves 762 turns and sometimes, no bathroom breaks for a lengthy 3 hour van ride. Imagine the things that can go wrong! But at least it makes for a hilarious ice breaker! We also discuss bathroom memories and trauma's from childhood.
On this episode we have two guests that are serious couple goals, especially when it comes to being comfortable in the bathroom. Listen to a story about the most embarrassing time to start your period and the worst place to take a drunken pee. They also share stories pre-dating that entail the hilarious things that happen when you're not sure if it's a fart or something more. This is some funny sh*t.
For the first episode, listen to a ridiculously embarrassing story about your host. This is one of those times you think you can hold your bladder but then something happens and…you just can’t. The lesson in this story is to always buy the big iced coffee since there will be more room to hold more pee. Let's laugh at my misery.
Welcome to Oopsy Daisy Podcast! In this episode I will share the different types of hilarious and embarrassing stories you can expect to hear every week. I give some insight about why I personally have so many stories on this topic and where my passion for storytelling all began. As we enter a second year of this pandemic, I think it's important to inject ourselves with some laughter!
