A wonderful show featuring live poetry readings from the Columbia Downtown Poetry Club and Gumbo Bottoms Single Pot Still Poetry Society. Plus the fantastic music of Billy Haring, Dylan McCord and Kind Kurt. The show is dedicated to my nephew Robby.
Guest host, Luna Hawk, with a wonderful pledge drive show. Visits, fun conversation, and music from Tony Lotven, Violet Vonder Haar, Phylshawn Johnson, Olyssa, Meredith Shaw, Staci Lea Linthacum, and Lady Poetic. Thanks Luna!!!
Supercool show featuring the remarkably talented Laken Ricklefs, live in studio. Plus a visit from the MO Jazz Fest's Jeff Bassinson with a preview of this year's festival sounds, a new song from Fear The White Noise and a couple from Dick Johnson in studio before the end of the show. Very fun.
Outstanding performance and a fun talk with Cowboy Church. Plus a visit from Hooten Hallers guitarist/vocalist, John Randall. Jesse from King Theodore Records also stopped by and we talked with him and Dave (Big Red Nomad) about the Future Play Festival.
Linda Bott joins us in studio to share the new LBE EP. Plus visits from Ann Wright of the Downtown Poetry Club, Bud McDonald from Provoke the Colossus and JANCO's Jeff Arrigo and Noah Spaeder. Really fun show.
