Here are Five Steps to Accelerate your Success P.O.W.E.R: P - Prepare. The first step to 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 is preparation. Before getting started on any task, preparation is necessary. The most critical facet of preparation is setting goals. O - Organize. The goals set during the preparation step cannot be accomplished without organization and prioritization. W - Work. Once you prepare and set the goal you must take action, you must work the plan. E - Evaluate. Evaluate leads you to compare your work with the goals you originally set. You need to understand that completed work is not finished until you have evaluated it. All too often people do not recognize the importance of evaluating their work and often fail to revise their work, which can lead to lower performance. R - Rethink. Rethink consists of bringing a new perspective to what has already been accomplished.
