No actors. No auditions. No artifice. This is what people really sound like when they talk about traumatic births, turbulent divorces, eating disorders and tough childhoods.

This was so raw and beautiful, and it's so important to learn about the stories of trans folks in relationships. There's so little out there. It can be very isolating when so little material is out there for both patients and clinicians.

Thank you so much for this. Living with trauma feels so isolating and terrifying and lonely so often. It helps to hear somebody else going through exactly what im going through, and listening to that person being told what I'm told - that I'm not "crazy", that I can heal, that I can feel safe.
