Right now this is what I'm currently going through. I'll talk about the physical symptoms I've been having as well as the really bad negative thoughts I have now & used to have. Feel like I needed to offload because I've not been doing too well. Have a listen if you too aren't doing so well mentally. Know that you are not alone. What is fear to you? I say what fear is to me & the tiny steps I've taken, especially making new friends as an adult while being fearful & how it's made me feel. As always giving a bit of encouragement to help you with your fears & reminding you of who you are inside to help you face them. Hope it helps you in some small way.
