This episode is with Mark Adamcyzk and Andrew Iler who both have been aiding in the release of records relating to the John F. Kennedy Assassination, the work they have uncovered and bought to representative Luna have produced two JFK related hearings and the release of stored records. In this episode we will discuss some of the records withheld and what can be done to the agencies for lying and withholding these records for long past the ARRB determined they should be released.

David Black is a freelance writer and reporter, specializing in the analysis of covert action by the secret services. He has contributed to Rolling Stone and dozens of radical publications on political and environmental issues. David joins me once again to discuss the Vietnam war in each we engage in the various names and figures that led to this stain on American history.

Mark E. Adamczyk is an attorney from Naples, Florida. Mark is a graduate of Tulane University and Florida State University College of Law. For the past 20 years, Mark has been studying the JFK assassination and related United States history. Mark's recent focus has been the JFK Records Collection Act, the federal law that guarantees the public disclosure of the history surrounding the JFK assassination. Mark is dedicated to ensuring that the U.S. Government complies with its remaining obligations under the JFK Records Collections Act.

Andrew A. Iler is an Ontario-based lawyer, who has has developed a comprehensive base of knowledge in and around the John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 and the legal aspects of the official investigations into the assassination of President Kennedy. This episode will discuss recent JFK news in regards to hearings, documents and the ARRB final determination notices that determined the deadline of how long files should be withheld from the public.

Tim Smith has been a college professor for 35 years. He currently teaches philosophy, logic, world religion and intro to Biblical Hebrew. He has an interest in all aspects of the Kennedy assassination, especially the physical evidence in the case. The focus of this discussion will be largely directed towards the acoustic evidence and how it has become controversial amongst researchers, also how it proves conspiracy but conflates with other things such as the windshield.

Steven Gaines is an author, journalist, and radio show host who has written various best selling books that include Philistines at the Hedgerow: Passion and Property in the Hamptons, The Love You Make: An Insider's Story of The Beatles, Heroes and Villains: The True Story of the Beach Boys, and Marjoe, the biography of evangelist Marjoe Gortner. This episode we focus on his journalistic career and some of the work and perspective he had that led to his two works on the Beatles and the Beach Boys.

John Moretta is a seasoned historian with a Ph.D. from Rice University and extensive teaching experience at Central College, Houston Community College, and the University of Houston. This episode is about the feud between RFK and LBJ where we will look at the facts and record of the feud and also what has been rumored or accepted as record that might not be the real story.

David Denton from Olney Central College teaches a course on the Political Assassinations of the 1960s. As one of the founders of the JFK Historical Group, he has spent decades researching the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Through this discussion we discuss some of the latest files and news in the JFK case and with new doccuments we connect other older evidence to better understand the context of the assassination through a historical record lenses.

Monika Wiesak is an author that writes about various figures in history, her recently released book is called “Echoes of a Lost America: Unraveling the Murder of JFK” about the death of JFK and the strings that were pulled to lead to that fateful day in Dallas. This episode will focus on the fact and sources used to gain the perspectives on a real historical context and record surrounding the JFK assassination.

Kasper Michaels is a professional voice over actor and has a wealth of experience and knowedge on the rapidly evolving industry. This episode will look in depth on various forms of fame and how depending on the outlet such as social media or musician and even voice over work.

Craig Ciccone is a independent historian who has spent much of his time understanding and researching political assassinations such as JFK, RFK, MLK and Fred Hampton. Craig is joining me again to look at the magic bullet theory and the testimony of John and Nellie Connally who recounted to the HSCA about the number of shots and when John Connally was hit with a shot.

Michael Hawley actively researches the 1888 unsolved Jack the Ripper murders mystery, placing particular emphasis upon prime suspect Dr. Francis Tumblety. Mr. Hawley is back to discuss some of the names that get mentioned as suspects for The Ripper and how some that get mentioned like Charles Cross or Aaron Kosminski have some issues that would connect them to being the unidentified killer.

Richard Bartholomew is a co-founder and director of the Center for Deep Political Research and researcher of the JFK assassination, authoring many writings on the events and repercussions of the national security state. This episode will look at some of the sources and information gathered relating to the construction of the events that led to the demise of JFK in Dallas on November 22nd 1963.

This discussion will focus on a reporter for the Washington Star with one of the most interesting backgrounds that is a clear example of operation mockingbird, Jeremiah O'Leary found himself in all the crucial events of the assassination weekend and the subsequent related investigations.

He is one of few researchers ever granted access to the 'Oswald' window when it was locked and sealed to the public. Dave is joining this episode to discuss some of the contents of his book "Case Is Not Closed" about areas in the assassination that would not hold up in a court of law as to Oswald's innocence or quick conclusion.

This episode will discuss the Vietnam war and looking at some the popular and under looked aspects of the years it ensued and leading to the eventual end of the war that was caused by a few major and minor factors at home and abroad.

Joseph E. Green is a political researcher, playwright, and member of the board of directors of the Hidden History Center. As the author of Dissenting Views and Dissenting Views II, Joe has dedicated his career to exploring the overlooked and underexamined facets of historical and political events. This episode will focus on Dallas during the years of Kennedy's Presidency and what or who led to the Dallas trip on Nov 22nd 1963, we will also discuss close associates and potential conspirators that seem to be the main focus of various theories.

Donald Jeffries is a author and political assassination researcher who has written on the JFK, RFK and MLK assassination and much about the dark side of Hollywood.
