Lindsay and Lisa discuss some of the difficulties ACoA's encounter on their road to recovery. Lisa offers advice on how to overcome challenges and her own philosophy on recovery.

Author of several books including the Road Back to Me. Lisa and Lindsay discuss the challenges ACoAs face before they reach a degree of enlightenment that allows them to begin healing and recovering from their childhood pain. Lindsay briefly discusses some of the challenges she's been facing in her own recovery and with Lisa's help is able to understand them and better integrate the healing process into her own recovery.
