Revealing grief is not only experienced by loss of a loved one but in many different forms. The San Diego Christian College graduate and professor gives us a glimpse of some of the things she taught her students about helping those dealing with grief and loss. Always maintain an empathetic heart, listening is more important than what you say, and most of the time just being present is the best support we can offer.
