He began his musical journey at a very young age, receiving his first piano before the age of six. At 13, he started playing guitar and developed a passion for rock music. Although he never received formal musical training, he taught himself. In 2004, he discovered electronic music and fell in love with genres like house, trance, and minimal. In 2012, he released his first EP, and by 2015, he had focused primarily on techno. His productions have been released by several labels, including Humman Records, Sector Four Audio, and Folt Records. Protyv has performed at major events, such as the Amsterdam Dance Event, cementing his relevance in the electronic music scene. His music is available on platforms like Bandcamp and SoundCloud, ranging from ambient tracks to intense techno and drum and bass productions. The vibe of his music is defined by deep, atmospheric layers combined with intricate sound design. Protyv strikes the perfect balance between the hypnotic allure of minimal and the energetic pulse of techno. With a keen focus on rhythm and textures, his tracks create immersive soundscapes, making them ideal for both late-night club sets and introspective listening. [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] unleashes the final arc of its 79th release: Francesco Tamburrano – The Gambler. Postscript II Venice, a city of reflections, where water and time weave fragile lines of fate. It is here that Francesco Tamburrano (@ft-dubtechno) conceived his new album The Gambler – a sonic journey inspired by Fyodor Dostoevsky’s novel The Gambler. If the original album was a statement on passion and obsession, the remixes – crafted exclusively by Russian dub techno masters – open the story into new dimensions. We envisioned two postscripts, and now it is time for the second one. The Gambler. Postscript II is eight new interpretations, eight rolls of the dice with sound itself at stake. The album opens with Sleney (@sleney1996) and his take on “Mlle Blanche”, turning it into a meditative flow of depth and light.
