Traveling can be stressful, but doing so with diabetes can be more stressful. This episode details, more tips, tricks, and just some basic information when it comes to traveling with diabetes. Those who are new to the diabetic world or those who are not used to traveling can benefit from this episode.

I will also go into some more sensitive topics like burnout, and feelings of depression. Please, for anyone out there struggling call the suicide hotline at 988. It may be a daily occurrence for non-diabetics to see a diabetic handling diabetes, but it is a whole different ballpark than actually handling it. Diabetes takes a huge toll physically, mentally, and emotionally. It can be exhausting. There will be good days and there will be bad days. However, to our support systems (family, friends, spouse, etc.) thank you so much for sticking by us. It may not always be easy, but we could not do it without you.
