Kat Reese, Life Coach: I began working with kids while attending college. I knew I wanted to help people find their purpose because I wished someone would have helped me. As a teen, I always struggled with knowing if I was making the right decisions and having someone to help me through the tough times.  After years of working with children and their families, I got my Master’s in Psychology, emphasis on Life Coaching. I have been trained in many modalities to help people recognize what their body is telling them and how to use those messages to guide them down the right path. I have helped kids become independent in their environment and helped build their self-confidence to go after their goals.  https://embracechangewithkat.com/  Foundations of CONNECTION  ParenT(w)een University About ParenT(w)een Connection  When friends of Joe & Clarissa Constantine were going through a REALLY tough patch with their then-15-year-old daughter, the mom said, 'I just wish I had other parents to talk to.'
