As we kick off a new season on the show, I felt it was essential I also end the season of the year with an episode that I feel is beneficial to us all. I have shared this previously on the show, but sometimes we need to hear things more than once for it really to land and maybe the season you are in is exactly when you are ready for it. 4 years ago I started doing something that helped me enter the New Year more intentionally. It wasn't about doing another vision board, but yes I like to do those as well, It was a process that helped me end the year off peacefully and enter the new year powerfully. It wasn't about setting some New year's resolution that falls away after the first month. This was about reflecting, releasing, renewing, and creating; and then wrapping it all with a bow and setting my intention. Because this process has been so beneficial to me, I wanted to share it with all of you. My hope is after this episode today, you will think about how you are leading your life with intention and if you are not, this is your permission to pause, reflect, and honor the season you are in. Maybe what you need is that precious time to be intentional in what matters most to you right now so that the next steps you take will be led with clarity, more focus, and a better sense of purpose and direction. In this episode I discuss: The importance of leading with intention Honoring the seasons Powerful questions to ask yourself Setting intentions for the new year Powerful process to living intentionally For full show notes and episode resources head to: https://ericalippy.com/the-4-step-reset/ Watch episode on YouTube Episode mentions: Download 'My Intentional Year' HERE Erica Lippy | Website Follow me on Social Media: Listen on YouTube Your Host: @ericalippy Podcast: @passionlovepursuit PASSION LOVE PURSUIT PODCASTS: https://ericalippy.com/the-podcast/
Welcome to our new season on the show! For my return listeners you might have noticed the break we took between our last season. I wanted to drop in with a solo episode and talk about why I took a short pause…which the title might say it all. So we are back at it, the show of course continues…we had a little pause in releasing episodes over the last months, as some really big things have been happening and well… I might as well come out and say it. I AM PREGNANT! It is such a blessing and I am overjoyed to share this news to you. Altho ugh this episode isn't just for that. I wanted this episode to be valuable and actually share how I got here. I mean some might think…well we know how you got here, but actually there is much more to it than that. So I'm going to get personal and share things that I feel can be helpful for anyone either on the journey of fertility and wanting to have a family or anyone that is struggling to conceive. First I must say, I have such compassion for those that have struggled, just through this process I have become utterly grateful and blessed for our journey and I'm aware for many it has been a struggle and emotional rollercoaster. So my hope is that by what I share today it can provide some hope, confidence and the knowledge of the steps you can take to possibly help your outcome. In this episode I discuss: Becoming pregnant and how I got here What I did to prepare my body The exact supplements I took The lifestyle changes I made Surrendering to God in this journey Timeline to prepare For full show notes and episode resources head to: https://ericalippy.com/im-pregnant-at-45/ Watch episode on YouTube Episode mentions: Download full 'Holistic guide to preparing for pregnancy' HERE Download 'My Intentional Year' HERE Erica Lippy | Website Follow me on Social Media: Listen on YouTube Your Host: @ericalippy Podcast: @passionlovepursuit PASSION LOVE PURSUIT PODCASTS: https://ericalippy.com/the-podcast/

Today I sat down with someone I admired from afar. I knew not only did I need to sit down with her to have this conversation, but also to experience what I've seen as one of the best results for lymphatic drainage. I share in this conversation how I discovered the importance of the lymphatic system and that was actually because of my dog and also an incredible interview I had a few years ago with an expert about the lymphatic system. Since then I have been conscious of taking care of mine and being mindful of the extra little things we can do to support it. Raena O'Neil is the founder of Lymphatic Organic, specializing in lymphatic drainage techniques and education. She developed the LO Method, a lymphatic drainage technique, and offers online certification courses in it. Her work focuses on detoxifying the body, enhancing immune function, and promoting overall wellness through lymphatic drainage. After our conversation I got to experience it for myself and truly I have to say, there is nothing like it and I felt renewed after it. Trust me when I say, I would have no problem driving 2 hours to have a session with her once a month, which is her recommendation, unlike some others. She wants you to learn how to support your own lymphatic system at home. In this conversation we talk about: The importance of your lymphatic system What makes her method different Why you might be retaining water Common histamine issues What to do before and after drainage massage Balancing your blood sugar Why caster oil is so beneficial and more For full show notes and episode resources head to: https://ericalippy.com/raena-oneil/ Watch episode on YouTube Find our guest at: Raena O'Neil: Website, Instagram Certification Course Follow me on Social Media: Your Host: @ericalippy Podcast: @passionlovepursuit YouTube PASSION LOVE PURSUIT PODCASTS: https://ericalippy.com/the-podcast/

This isn't your average high performance coach telling us the hacks and strategies to handle these times, my guest is whom you would call a master of uncertainty. My guest today is former Navy Seal commander Rich Diviney. In a career spanning more than twenty years, he completed more than thirteen overseas deployments—eleven of which were to Iraq and Afghanistan. Since his retirement in early 2017, Diviney has worked as a speaker, facilitator, and consultant with the Chapman & Co., Leadership Institute and Simon Sinek (Sin- ick) Inc. He's taught leadership and optimal performance to more than five thousand business, athletic, and military leaders from organizations such as American Airlines, the San Francisco 49ers, and Zoom. In more than two decades of leading, training, and coaching top performers, Rich Diviney (founder of the SEALs' "Mind Gym") discovered that the key to consistent optimal performance isn't just preparation—it's how individuals and teams turn the stress of uncertain and complex situations to their advantage. They are Masters of Uncertainty. On our previous episode on the show we talked about his first book: THE ATTRIBUTES: 25 Hidden Drivers of Optimal Performance. Where he explores the very clear difference between attributes and skills. Now in this episode we talk about his new book: Masters Of Uncertainty: The Navy Seal Way To Turn Stress Into Success For You and Your Team. In this episode we talk about: Understanding Fear: Uncertainty and Anxiety Peak Performance vs. Optimal Performance Energy Management in High-Stress Environments Moving Horizons: A Strategy for Managing Uncertainty The Power of Identity in Behavior Staying Calm Under Pressure Tools to manage high stress, Turn any uncertain or chaotic moment into an opportunity For full show notes and episode resources head to:https://ericalippy.com/rich-diviney2/ Watch episode on YouTube Find our guest at: Rich Diviney: Website, Instagram, YouTube Grab The Masters Of Uncertainty Book Take The Attributes Assessment: Discount 10% off code: PASSIONLOVEPURSUIT10 Follow me on Social Media: Your Host: @ericalippy Podcast: @passionlovepursuit YouTube PASSION LOVE PURSUIT PODCASTS: https://ericalippy.com/the-podcast/
