We begin a short series in the Gospel of Mark by looking at Mark 1:40-45. In this story we will see Jesus' power to cleanse and to heal. We pray that as we look at this story, God's cleansing work will be both comforting and challenging to us.

As we continue through Lent this week, we will look at the Feast of Weeks which also became known as Pentecost. We will remember that God gave us the gift of the Holy Spirit. Our goal is to remember to pray for and be open to the blessings of the Holy Spirit. Based on Leviticus 23:15-22; Acts 2:1-4.
