Matt Schoch and Paul Costanzo, sportswriters for the Times Herald newspaper in Port Huron, Michigan, have a weekly radio show to discuss the local sports scene. They discuss everything from high school athletics and the local minor-league hockey team to Michigan college sports and the Detroit pro teams.

The Croswell-Lexington Pioneers join Matt and Paul at ForSports to talk about beating Armada on homecoming. Cameron Barrett, David Soflin and Josh Kowal are the player guests. Defensive coordinator Rick Patterson also joins the show.
In a very special edition of the show, the guys are joined by St. Clair resident and voice of the National Hockey League Mike Emerick. Mike talks Port Huron Icehawks, the old days with the Flags and the upcoming Detroit-Pittsubrgh series in preparation for Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals.
Paul and Matt discuss the Port Huron Icehawks' chances of bringing home the Turner Cup midway through the best-of-seven series with the Fort Wayne Komets.

Croswell-Lexington's Donnie Corby and Yale's Andrew Schutt join Matt and Paul in the studio. Both wrestlers are fresh off state championships and they have a long chat with the hosts about what it takes to be a state champion, who would win in a match between the pair, and other topics.
This week on the Sports Attack, Matt returns from vacation just in time for a blizzard to hit the area. He and Paul talk with Marine City Cardinal Mooney Coach Susan Everhart, fresh off her team's run to the Class D state semifinals.
It's March Madness, and Paul and special guest cohost Jim Whymer handicap the high school basketball playoff season.
Paul & Matt lace up the gloves to go a couple of rounds with the leader and some of the fighters of the Big Dog Boxing Club.
Port Huron Northern boys basketball Coach Brian Jamison joins the show for a talk about the Huskies and their big win against Port Huron High the night before. Injured captains John Nevado and Don Caluya are also on hand to talk about their senior seasons. Also, junior Lance Cusac joins the discussion.
On Groundhog Day, Matt and Paul chat with the biggest guest in "Sports Attack" history, Darren McCarty. The former Detroit Red Wing phoned into the show to talk about his game that night against the Port Huron Icehawks at McMorran Arena. Truly, getting on to the show was one of McCarty's favorite moments. Ever.
Matt and Paul are live from McMorran Arena for the Port Huron International Silver Stick Hockey Tournament. Joining the discussion are Lewis Nowakowski and Tyler Hughes from the Port Huron Flags Bantam A team. The eighth-graders talked about their experiences in the event and the thrill of playing in front of the home crowd.
Marine City girls basketball Coach Heath Kent and his captains - Kassie Snyder, Aubrey Smith and Jessica Rombach - stop by the studio to talk about their 9-0 start and getting fired up for contention in the Macomb Area Conference Gold Division race.
Paul and Matt are joined by Capac boys basketball Coach Bill Lengemann and members of the Chiefs Kevin Bollaert and Dan Jackson. The group breaks down the Blue Water Area Conference and talks about the Harry Moore basketball tournament. Paul and Matt also have some predictions and resolutions for the new year.
The guys break down Friday's basketball action, and speak to Sandusky girls basketball Coach Al DeMott about 500 wins, the season switch and how his daughters became great shooters. His daughter, sophomore Marissa DeMott, and senior center Cassy VanConant also join Paul & Matt to talk about their season.
Paul and Matt complete their Christmas lists, chat with St. Clair basketball coach Sandy Rutledge and players Meg Johnson and Kelsey Rood.
Paul, clearly upset that Matt went on vacation without him, talks to Icehawks coach Stan Drulia about the team's ups and downs, recaps the local sports scene and notes the improving fortunes of the region's prep football teams.
