It says peace out but it's so high energy and silly and crazy. And... "joke of the week"!!? On a relaxing podcast? Come on, stay true to the vision

Great podcast. The intro on every episode makes for a less relaxing beginning but overall, once to the point, is a great concept.

I've noticed that this podcast expects your belly to get bigger when you breathe out and smaller when you breathe in. That's backwards. Your belly gets big when you breathe in as your lungs fill with air. Your belly gets small when you breathe out as you release air.

This entire podcast series is magic, but my 2.5yo and 5yo especially love the guided tension release exercises in The Little Monkey. Listening to this episode has become an essential piece of our bedtime ritual, and it's the perfect way to end the day in peace and calm. Thank you, Chanel!!
