In this episode, we enrich one another’s perspectives with a rare discussion about privatized nuclear weapons, or as the seasoned anarchist would describe them: recreational McNukes. This little-known meme is explosive in circles where AnCaps and Marxists feud. What happens in a free-market society when someone decides they want to arm themselves with WMD’s? Are there any safeguards? Let’s take a look! Subscribe to Peaceful Treason on your favorite podcast platform to get new episodes! Available on iTunes, Stitcher & Google Play!
DESCRIPTION In this episode, we invite to the show, Theodore from the Crowdfunded Government project. We discuss and debate how a concept like crowdfunding could be used to finance government agencies and programs. Can the coercive nature of taxation be replaced with a voluntary model? Is there a place for a voluntarily-funded government within the anarchist universe? Let's take a look! In this episode, we return for the first time since last fall and our first appearance of 2019. We recap a few things that have happened over the past couple of months, then we dive right back into form with controversial topics such as government shutdowns, ostracized comedians, and masturbation as a performance art. We also introduce a new sponsor and a fantastic new segment called Top Five Things I Don’t GAF About. What’s wrong with us? Let’s take a look! This is not a Peaceful Treason episode. It is 1/2 of PT (Will) talking about his favorite television show of all-time, Dark. Joining him is friend of the pod, @DenverDoggery (Nick) and Chillderburg homie @Doofusarchist (Doofus). There is real PT on the way but this is the sort of fun off-topic conversations that we like to indulge in when the booze is flowing and the state be harshing our buzz, dude. So sit back and crack open a cervesa, or biere in this case and oh by the way if you have any intention of watching this 3 season series on Netflix, do it now beforehand. Spoilers will be aplenty.
Recorded using new software over a bad connection. Sorry. Listen to this while you wait in line to vote, or while not voting, or while actively engaging in vote suppression and/or fraud. Thanks, see you again in 4 years!
The audio quality is impeccable but the content and direction is lacking. A lot of audio talk in this one in fact. This right here is a potpourri episode with the fellas just catching up. The kind of conent you are sorely missing out on if you never come to Chillderburg. Come to Chillderburg this year and YOU can help US improve our conversations. At one point both hosts are just factchecking subjects of completely different stories. Just slinging lots of hot takes about marsupials, airlines, recent news, not so recent news, and way too many asian naughty words. Enjoy or don't.
We are busting up this union talk with some middling brews and crackpot theories. RFK is just following orders and you should too. Let the those of us without zen, cast the first molotov cocktail... Go Argos!
Some random thoughts... In this one we negiligently discharge some half-baked opinions and theories. If you don't join the Canadian Football Fantasy league you're a fed. Sorry, Zencaster, I do not even remember why we were so mad with you. You will need both a D&D Character chart and a dry bible to get through this one. Really should have probably edited this one down further due to content as well as time but alas its in the can and marked episode 93? I guess. Seems close enough. RIP Seattle Mariners and Kansas City Royals.
Found this one gathering some cobwebs and dusted it off and gave it a spit shine and wow was it a lot of fun. There are some awful foreshadowings regarding CFL, unfulfilled promises of a follow up, flat out factual inaccuracies, and redacted confessions to felonies. Fun times for the whole family.
This is the episode that doesn't seem to want to get published so we'll try this yet again. A lot of beer and tv talk on this one even though it is not a Drinking The Dark.
We got a full house together to talk about the new Amazon prime show, Outer Range. Talked some brews, talked some Chillderburg, and take you through the first four episodes of the series.
There was a detailed description that got lost and I am not redoing that shit. Listen or forever be haunted that you missed a hidden gem of an episode. Some day I might release the 10 minutes that got cut for being uncomfortably too real and distasteful.
There are some unfixable (to me) audio issues that buzz for the first couple minutes but if you can get past that you will attain enlightenment. And also find out what retread shows are coming back on the air! Start watching Outer Range on Amazon Prime to prep for the next mini-series!
We have most of the gang here with @QJbrushthreep, @DoofusAnarchsist, @Rothbirdian, @YouNeverSawMe8 talking a hodge podge mix of what we are drinkin and watchin and this one is chock full of recommendations.
This episode is not brought to you by liberty mugs. It is brought to you by mugs full of beer. Just kidding, we drinkin' straight from the cans all classy like. Nobody reads this.
No description necessary. We talk about some angles to the Rogan saga in a way that hopefully hasn't been beaten to death already. A chunk of this episode was deleted for reasons... to maybe get discussed on a future episode.
We try to find our center, our inner zen garden while we keep our jobs for now while in secret covid defiance. Where does the line get drawn and what's the best path to navigate office bs? Is this hypocritical? What other hypocrisies and cognitive dissonances are we easily spotting in others but not acknowledging in our own lives? Also, we get to the bottom of Omnicron and find bigger conspiracies starting back at us. Personal growth and beer drinking go hand in hand so grab a brew and listen in.
This one is all over the place but it was recorded the night before one of our favorite holidays. There is some pandemic denying in this episode and some general bitching and moaning. Consider this a bonus episode and trust us there will be some guests and actually prepared episodes coming down the pipe soon. Go check out Chris Webby and download and buy his stuff http://chriswebby.com
It actually happened. An episode was recorded with @qjbrushthreep, @kajaccord, @rothbirdian, R.I.P @crowdfundedgov A lighthearted discussion of supposed allies who are too busy pearl clutching and trying to act woke instead of doing anything helpful.

I'm 15:00 in and they still haven't started the discussion on prohibition. they're talking about "deep blue"
