Sasha Anopina is a "Holistic Sleep Coach" who knows firsthand how overwhelming those early months of parenthood can feel. With her first baby, she resisted “cry-it-out” methods and tried countless alternatives that left her exhausted and discouraged. It wasn’t until she began studying the science of sleep, attachment, and instinct that things started to shift. By the time her second child was born, Sasha approached parenting with calm and confidence. The difference was so profound that she couldn’t believe how much easier and more joyful those early years could be. Inspired by her own journey, she pursued the Baby-Led Sleep and Wellness Certification to deepen her knowledge and share this approach with others. Today, Sasha works with families who want to support healthy sleep while nurturing secure, long-term connections with their children. Through her holistic coaching, she empowers parents to trust their instincts, get more rest, and rediscover joy in their parenting journey.
