About us: Phecda One is associated with FWC ( Fujian White Crane Kung Fu & Tai Chi). Having travelled extensively across China over the last 50 years and networked with many Traditional Chinese Martial Arts practitioners, we have gained unparalleled access to people and practices which fall under the realm of Kung Fu. Kung Fu means hard work. So we consider any person with a professional level of mastery to have strived to excellence, whether with pen or with sword.
