We all have done it, labeling. We label others all the time, it helps compartmentalize situations and behaviors. But labels can limit our curiosity and perception about people. In this podcast, we discuss the labels that have been put on us and how we overcome labels.  

We dive into our 2023 vision boards, what we put in them, why we chose the items we put on our board, and how we work to move items off our vision board. 

We are having a candid conversation about how we foster and incorporate our creativity. This episode discusses our venture into book publishing and the steps we took to become published authors.

In this episode, we discuss how women sometimes put their own wants and requirements aside to pour into a man and build him up to make him into a strong man. During this process, we lose ourselves and our own needs. How do we get away from building a man to being with a man that will step up and do what it takes to be the King to our Queen status? Spring cleaning isn't just about sorting through things, and getting rid of clutter. It is about taking stock of who you are, and how others see you. It's a chance to redefine yourself, to change expectations, and to remember that it's never too late to recapture who you were, or who you want to be.

We tested the theory with a fun quiz. Answer these 3 questions and see if they accurately describe you and your feelings. Don't cheat, answer honesty. 1. List your favorite 3 colors and a word you feels describes that word. 2. List 3 favorite animals and descriptive words. 3. List 3 forms of water and descriptive words. The colors are how you see yourself The animals is how others see you The water is how you feel about love. ❤️. Let us know how it came out for you.
