It's been a year of this new "normal" in isolation. Truth be told, I rather enjoy downtime. This is a time for reflection, planning and taking a breather. Lots have happened since I last put an episode up. Wishing you all serenity, love and light.

I created the Permission Granted Podcast as a vehicle for self-expression unapologetically; totally random topics in no particular order. Often, the episodes are taped on the fly, with or without any of my normal gear. This particular episode was taped in NYC, during some down time the afternoon following a concert that I specifically traveled to New York to experience. While there, in the midst of having a fabulous time, dancing and singing along, I scanned the crowd and noticed this female sitting just staring at the stage, arms crossed. WTH? It reminded me of a nuisance, that I've never been fond of: Lookie Loos! The ones, who low key stalk, and RARELY has anything positive to say, at all. Some of you may even have frenemies like this in your midst right now. Time to cut them loose and keep twirlin' on 'em. It's a shame that the mere fact of LIVING and doing well would make someone mad.
