Everything is Possible

"Everything Is Possible" isn’t just a mantra. It’s a mindset. In fact, it’s listed as one the first mindset you must have in order to live an extraordinary life. And if we want the possible or the impossible to become possible, we must first not be scared to dream it. To own it. To say it. To want it. Listen to today’s episode where I talk to you about how I’ve achieved 75% of the dreams I wrote down 4 years ago. I even have the journal page to prove it. Where I tell you about how God made this even more apparent in my life. I’ll share five steps you can do and ask to help you go for the everything is possible life. These questions will be answered: -What do we do when we don’t want to believe because we’ve been disappointed before? -What do we do when we don’t know what we want? -What do we do when we know we are capable of more but we stay not achieving it? - What do we do to make it more than just a dream but yet it seems like we don’t have control? Come grow boldly with me. Growing Boldly is the place for female, faith-filled, ambitious women who find themselves knowing they can do more. And they want to grow intentionally in work, love, faith, & style. Doors open next week. Email natalie@nataliewilsoncoaching.com for the waitlist and details.

People Pleasing

Being kind, helpful, agreeable seems so lovely, doesn’t it? Putting other people’s needs ahead of yours seems very selfless, sacrificial, and even the “right” thing to do. As teachers, we naturally want to love, help, and be kind. It makes sense that as teachers, then, we might people please. It’s the reason behind we do it and the result we’re wanting that is the problem. People pleasing creates more stress for your mind and your time. It leaves you anxious, disconnected, and resentful. It keeps people from knowing the real you. You are hiding your authentic self and then wondering why your might feel stressed and alone. People pleasing is putting everyone else’s happiness - and their approval - on your shoulders. Learn about people pleasing, the signs, the causes, and what you can do to help you go from people pleaser to being a human living with grace, confidence, and love.

And although it’s different from being confident in a skill (like riding a bike), we can learn a lot by noticing where we are confident and borrowing from those areas. Listen today to learn the three main components of self-confidence and how you and build your self-confidence.
