Thanks for stopping by. My show is a little different from most Blogtalkradio shows because I don't want you to listen to my show live or at your computer. These shows have been produced for you to work to.

Even though I've done it a hundred times, I 'm still amazed at how 15 minutes of my morning routine makes such a difference in my home and my day.
Morning Routine
2 min: Straighten bed, pillows, weigh
2 min: Bathroom - spray chemicals, declutter counters
2 min: wipe/scrub clean
5 min: Laundry Room start/transfer/fold a load
1 min: Pets food/water/meds
Finish: Kitchen - dietary recall/food journal, vitamins, check today's menu

the paper is threatening an avalanche... Time to do something about it. 5 minutes collecting paper, 5 minutes sorting the paper, 5 minutes filing, dealing with it...
I keep forgetting to put my recycling out. Thanks for helping me get it all sorted and to the curb!
got to get the basics done: dishes and laundry
Wiping down the most frequently touched items, starting in the bedroom, working my way out. Need your favorite disinfectant, several microfiber cloths
Did you get knocked off track? So did I. Sometimes it's hard to know where to start, and today's show is all about jumping in where you are. Put on your do-not-disturb headphones and let's work out way out of this mess
