it feels very disingenuous to include anarchocapitalism in a discussion about anarchism. my own issues with anarchism aside it is a leftist philosophy that opposes capitalism - this 'philosophy' is just more Ayn Rand nonsense.

it's a bit shallow, but in this day and age, i couldn't help thinking... what a surprise, martha the female philosopher thinks emotions are more important than the stoic male philosophers. it's pretty obvious generally men value facts and logic and feel smarter, while average women value emotions and feel morally superior.

the question of whether to punish or not to punish someone will also be causally determined. people won't have the agency to determine whether to punish or not right then and there. the causal chain prior to the sentencing the person will determine what will happen next.
