 Max meets his ideal partner Pokemon... and somehow manages to recreate Ash's first day as a Pokemon trainer! Yes, it's Max and Raltz, the meeting and the separation that broke all of our hearts.  In a world where the Zoom call was invented long before ours, where the Pokemon center can connect traveling trainers with their loved ones and forward messages, it seems almost deliberate when a trainer decides not to contact their families and let them know what's up.
