If you've been praying to level up, glow up, or simply want a fresh start, this pep talk is for you. Let’s talk about what it looks like to bring your biggest dreams before God, faithfully steward what he's already placed in your hands, and stay expectant. Verse: Matthew 7:7
If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re being too picky in dating, questioned if you’re waiting for the wrong things, or felt discouraged by another disappointing dating experience, this prayer is for you! Trust God knows you and knows how to talk to you. Let’s bring our desire for marriage before God and let him lead. I pray this pep talk will leave you feeling more confident in God’s goodness and more at peace with where he has you this season.Verse: Psalm 27:14
Recently, an old classmate reached out to share she was going through a broken engagement and wasn’t sure how to start healing. While we weren’t close during our program, she remembered me talking about my healing journey in a similar situation and asked if I’d be open to chatting. Of course, I said yes, as blessed are we to testify of his healing and love. If you’re also going through a tough breakup, I pray this prayer feels like an army of sisters are cheering you on as you seek the Lord. He is near to the brokenhearted and more than able to make your heart pink and new – fresh, renewed, and stronger than before.Verse: Proverbs 18:21
The idea for this prayer came from a conversation I had with a woman at church who was in her late 40s. She was married with a teenager, busy in all the ways we are, but could have easily passed for someone in her late 20s. Naturally, I asked for her skincare routine. She thought about it and said she didn’t do much but did ask God to bless her skin and keep it youthful every time she did her routine. What a lovely thought… why wouldn’t we invite God into our ‘get ready with me’ routines? Let’s pray.Verse: Psalm 103:2-3
It’s hard when we leave conversations with a friend feeling like they don’t have our best interests at heart. Maybe they consistently minimize dreams and make condescending comments, or maybe we’re just leaving conversations feeling discouraged, depleted, even gaslit. Let’s bring these friendships before God and ask for his help. Lord, help us see things from your point of view and bless us with more protection, peace, discernment, grace, and wisdom so we respond well and set up healthy boundaries. Verse: Philippians 4:6-7
