Pivotal Roll

They've rescued Silvar, killed the shit out of some goblins, and took a long rest.  Now can they win the mini-boss fight?  Tune in and see!  As a side note, this was our smoothest session yet.  That DM may just get his game together yet!

After a near death and a good night's rest, our heroes start their day off with a cup of coffee and a battle!  Chaos ensues, the inn's common room is destroyed, a couple of innocent bystanders are killed, another saved.  A march back to the goblin cave follows. Follow the Pivotal Role party and their shenanigans during this new episode!

Unwitting foreshadowing, caves and rushing waters all create confusion and wreak havoc on the crew as they continue their journey into the goblin hideout, but problems are quickly - and mostly - resolved as the Dungeon Master has help in remembering how to work a freakin' virtual tabletop!

This is the first episode of our Dungeons & Dragons 5e adventure! We are playing over Discord for voice chat (still working out some echo issues, but overall it's not awful), and I was talked into running the game over Roll20 for the mapping, dice roller and init tracker at the last minute, having not used it in a really long time, so getting used to it again created some kinks in the game process, but we still had a great time and we hope that you enjoy listening despite the technical issues!  We promise the next episode will be much smoother! The episodes will be release weekly on Mondays, so please follow us and we hope you have as much fun listening as we do playing!
