I see more house going into foreclosure than are on the market and some loans require all the money that the people owe after this is over so I cant say ur right about that housing market.

Wow, most of planey money episodes are awesome. This was 1000th milestone episode which i felt was a fucked up most episode. Being podcast you cannot easily differentiate between a past episode or 1000th jumping past and now, when you try to mix all in one for whatever reason.
