This week on 'Play Cousins,' we were joined by the lovely and incredible Avielle Amor, who you certainly will recognize on most of your favorite beauty articles and features. From having her brand in Cosmopolitan, People Mag, Teen Vogue, and many more, Avielle has turned her beauty blogging passion into a full-time job. Telling us about her journey from her military beginnings, to branding herself from Youtube as an influencer, the Southern native drops some gems, skin regimes, and much more essential information. For our 21st episode of 'Play Cousins,' we invited esteemed writer Carl Lamarre up to the studio to discuss a slew of topics. Carl is an esteemed writer in the game who has silently been providing some of the best penned pieces for Billboard, XXL, Complex, Pepsi, VIBE, HipHopDX, and more for almost the last decade. We dive into Carl's career and how he's been able to progress his resumé without the use of Twitter, as most journalists and writers have in the industry. We also get deep into our main topic, which talks about the friend zone, and what it's like to take someone out of it.

This week's 'Play Cousins' podcast brings on two amazing women in the field of film and entertainment. Lande Yoosuf is an author, executive producer, and casting agent who is currently working on her film, 'Privilege Unhinged,' which dives into racial inequality in the workplace. Our second guest, Lauren Quatavia, is an actress, model, and performer that you may recognize from a lot of her work in national commercials, Monica's 'Code Red' tour, photo shoots and more. She talks to us about her upcoming role in season 7 of 'The Walking Dead,' and where she hopes to take her acting career.

It's always a great time when we can get fellow podcasters on the show. This week, we were joined by the Word of Mouth Radio crew. After hearing how they formed into one of the most prominent and popular shows in NYC, we talked all things Hip hop.
