Is there a set list of things campaign money can be spent on? Could that late influx of money have been better spent building parks, buying supplies, tech and books for school or sponsoring community food programs? Plus the media would most likely cover these stories without having to give them a dime.

Gents, Could we please synch the episode title of your episodes on your podcast with the episode title on You Tube. I am getting very confused between the two platforms, since I listen to both platforms. Some of them are close e.g. 'Daunte Wright, Chauvin Trial, and The Case for Police Reform' on You Tube and 'Daunte Wright should be alive today' on your podcast but others are not so close.

I have to almost completely disagree with their take on press conferences here. 1. Their take that it's not important that Biden didn't have a press conference earlier is a complete 180 from their position under Trump. under Trump they were criticizing Trump for not doing a press conference and being confronted with critical questions. Now, all of a sudden, press conferences don't do anything beneficial and Biden's failure to do one earlier is a non-story. 2. not calling on Fox reporters is actually kind of a big deal. intentionally isolating and cutting off a news organization, regardless of their extreme political bias, cuts off information and access to a lot of people. who cares if Fox is going to ask a ridiculous, biased question. call on them from time to time, answer the question, and move on. We're a democracy where we give people a voice and they have a right to be heard by their government, and a lot of people for whatever ridiculous reason feel like Fox is their voice.

Trump voted absentee ballot himself didn't he? why would a man use the system that he said couldn't be trusted to cast his own precious vote?

you want a message that actually cuts through the rhetoric? Actually deliver on what Democrats campaigned on, $15hr min. it would be the first and most popular bipartisan benefit for actual workers. Dems empty promises is what makes Trump possible and inevitable.

GOP will drop the filibuster the moment it's convenient without a second thought. The only real question is why don't the Dems? Either they are too incompetent or won't to protect the donor class. Either way the results are the same. #thesystemworks but for whom?

Haha Tanden failed confirmation had nothing to do with her criticism of power people and everything to do with her personal attacks on senators. You can have policy disagreements and still work with people, but you're much less likely get along with someone who has personally attacked you. And I wish they were more consistent on their application of wanting free speech.

You all nailed it during your discussion of reopening schools. I taught for 25 years, retired in 2018, and got elected to the school board that fall. You've talked with the right people. Your analysis was spot on!
