Feeling bombarded by too much news? I know the immediate reaction sometimes is to cut ourselves off from it. But I would like to make the case that you can take a break from it without cutting yourself off completely.

Welcome to a new week and the official start of the hurricane season! This weekend has been absolutely crazy with protests happening across the country. A new Drag Race winner was crowned and I talk a bit about the season.

Did I really mess up the title of the show in the recording within the first 20 seconds? I basically set up the premise of this show and then take a lot of side streets on my way to making a point.
