First of the SEBP & Police Science Dr webinar series on how to implement research projects or set up trials, studies and initiatives. Today, we're speaking to a panel of experts about how to set up a Deferred Prosecution program. If you are with us live, you can post questions into the comments that we can put to the panel. Deferred prosecution is an alternative to traditional criminal justice processes where prosecution is delayed, typically dependent on the offender meeting specific conditions or completing an intervention program. If conditions are met successfully, prosecution is dropped.
