Description

This podcast was created to help educate entrepreneurs, young professionals and executives on the art of problem solving.

With the focus on specialization today, our young professionals and entrepreneurs have lost the ability to think multi-dimensionally when they are dealing with a problem. Whether this problem is communicating findings, values or business concepts; or working a problem from a different point of view.

We hope to help individuals acquire the skills to help themselves and develop those skills that will make them an asset in the market.

Reverse
Application of the Cycle of Success.  How by embracing truth and learning from your failures you can achieve success in your life and your business.
On this episode we discuss how shortcuts and workarounds when problem solving will always come back to hunt you.
In this episode we discuss the emotional nature of human beings when dealing with issues and how you have to deal with the emotional aspects of issues before you can addressed them logically.
Have you ever been in meetings and you are talking about a project or initiative only to find out that when you were talking apples everybody else was thinking oranges? Welcome to EP 3 of the Polymath Way.
In this episode we discuss the impact of communication on outcomes. Sometimes we get too focus on talking about features or technical concepts without understanding the motivation of our listeners. People come from different backgrounds. A CEO is not just a CEO. It is not the same thing to talk to a CEO with an accounting background than to one with an Engineering Background. So understanding the things that will drive an emotional response with that individual and using that to convey our message will deliver greater results. This apply to you whether you are in sales, marketing, technology, insurance or any other industry.
