This week, we take a look at each part of us: the different roles we play and how to acknowledge the challenges and the positives from each of those roles and how they work to create the larger whole of who we are.  This meditation is an adaptation from a few other meditations that I have used in my practice.

That’s when his dad took him on frequent outings to keep him from annoying the rest of the household with hyperactivity and general mayhem. Through the years Roy has hiked in and visited many national parks and forests. But he never left KC, raised his family here and has undertaken many hiking adventures with them.
