Portraits in Fitness

<p>Part photography project, part interview series, the <b>Portraits in Fitness p</b>odcast<b> </b>(formerly the Fit Over 50 Podcast) features interviews with people that lead a vigorous, active lifestyle, with a focus on people in middle age and older. We talk frankly and openly about dealing with aging, staying active, life lessons, and learn about each guest's approach to diet, sleep, family and career, training and competition. <br><br>Prior to recording, our guests sit for a quick studio portrait session. They also choose an item or two to bring in for a still life photo, and finally they are featured in an action portrait session.
