Sally McGrath is on a mission to eradicate burnout from a world of over-worked, over-stressed, and exhausted humans. She is an advocate and educator for preventative health, empowering high achievers to make sustainable changes to the way they work and live, to prevent burning out. An author and keynote speaker she has and has spent three decades in business training, developing, and managing teams. In 2014 Sally experienced life-changing burnout, preventing her from working for two years. It was the challenge to overcome the acute burnout that inspired Sally to take her message to individuals and through workplaces to create awareness about the serious nature of burnout and the associated mental health implications that were not spoken about. Michelle Smith is changing the face of women's health. She is an AHPRA registered acupuncturist, Chinese medicine herbalist, yoga facilitator, feminist, ocean enthusiast and business owner. From a corporate career and thriving life overseas, Michelle faced her own health challenges before taking a trusted leap of faith into studying and practising Chinese medicine.
