A very polarizing move at the time by Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis, but it is one that I have come around on. We take a look at my hopes for which coaches will be hired or retained to fill out all positions on the coaching staff for 2022.

The loss their head coach and several off the field problems from members of the team was not enough to derail this group's playoff hopes. It was a season so full of heartbreak and triumph, that I don't think I'll ever be able to forget it any time soon.

The game marked Vegas' first playoff appearance since 2016, and the first career playoff start for quarterback Derek Carr.
