Michael is joined with former Ireland International and Leinster Rugby Player Ian Madigan, as they look ahead to this year’s Aer Lingus College Football Classic, which takes place on August 24th at Aviva Stadium in Dublin.Tickets for the 2024 Aer Lingus College Football Classic between Georgia Tech and Florida State University this August are approaching sell out, with 96% of them already gone, the last tickets can be clinched here. The fixture will take place at the Aviva Stadium, Dublin, on Saturday, 24th August 2024 and will see Georgia Tech return to Dublin for the first time since 2016, while it will be the 2023 Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) State Champions Florida States’ first ever game in Ireland. The game will kick off from the Aviva Stadium at 5pm local time.

NFL UK & Ireland GM Henry Hodgson joins Michael and Mark to recap the 2024 NFL London & Munich slate, which was announced today. The games include the Jaguars in London twice, facing the Bears and Patriots respectively and the Jets playing the Vikings. Michael and Jason react to a memorable weekend in the NFL for Irish athletes. It was announced on Friday that Rory Beggan and Mark Jackson would tryout with the Panthers and Steelers respectively, while Charlie Smyth and Jude McAtamney continued their preperation as rookie minicamp started.It wasn't to be for Rory in Carolina and we await the news for Mark at the time of recording - the guys break down the weekend.The schedule is released this week - we will. be back with more then - and expect Jeff back this week too!Follow us on all socials at nflireland

Happy Bank Holiday! A fun one today. At 4PM on March 29th, we sat down and spoke with Falcons OL Kaleb McGary. At 4:21PM, Michael had to end the recording as he got a text about Charlie Smyth signing with the Saints. After a mental few weeks, we finally have the chance to put this pod out. The first round of the 2024 NFL Draft is in the books - Michael and Jeff look back on the first round and react to the big picks! The 2024 NFL Draft's opening round marked a historic moment with its unprecedented focus on offensive talent. With a staggering 23 offensive players selected, including a remarkable streak of 14 consecutive picks to kick off the draft, this year's event set a new record for offensive dominance.While the first overall pick of Caleb Williams by the Chicago Bears was largely anticipated, the Atlanta Falcons stirred intrigue with their selection of quarterback Michael Penix Jr. at the tail end of the top 10, marking one of the draft's most unexpected moves. This choice raised eyebrows, particularly given the Falcons' earlier signing of Kirk Cousins to a substantial four-year, $180 million contract. Additionally, quarterbacks made a significant impact, matching the historic 1983 class with six first-round selections, all within the top 12, concluding with Bo Nix heading to Denver as the 12th pick.
