The Process is what separates the successful people from the rest & I want to delve into how successful people get to where they are, what they have been though & get their opinion on certain topics. I’ll be inviting guests on from athletes, coaches, trainers, mentors, business men & women to talk about their path to success. Also, being a personal trainer myself, I want to dive into how you can follow the right process to achieve your own personal fitness goals. Alcohol & drugs are seen as societal norms in this day and age. In today's episode we headed over to Ultra Flex Durham to hit up a Pull Workout with Online Coach Zack Jones. A few months back Zack was involved in an incident where a well known bodybuilder called him out on social media for using a tripod in the gym to film content for himself & his business, so I was keen to talk to Zack about that incident & the backlash of it all.   Zack also suffers with Perthes Disease which is a rare conditioning that effects the hip joint. Even at the age of 24, I have suffered with chronic knee pain from the last 5-6 years of my life & it has forced me to retire from professional football. However, over the last 6 months since retiring, my knee pain has drastically improved & I want to share with you all how I got to this point. Here are my 5 Tips which have helped me personally get to the best I've felt in years. *disclaimer* I am not a physiotherapist or have any professional qualifications in this area besides being a personal trainer.
