When discussing the concept of process, it can be challenging to determine where it begins and where it ends. This question is something I constantly ponder, as it provides me perspective within my process of finding value. I believe that one fundamental aspect of any process is the act of breathing. The simple act of inhaling and exhaling sets the foundation for various forms of awareness and allows us to tap into ancient practices such as meditation. Meditation, which starts with the breath, serves as our starting point.Our guest, Manoj Dias, is a breath practitioner, teacher, author, father, founder of an innovative tech company, and husband. I am choosing to release our second episode shortly after our first in honor of my Brother, Kien Netic Elon Gallwey Grant Wisdom. This podcast was actually conceptualized over two years ago at the height of the pandemic. This inevitably granted me — during a time of collective severance — the opportunity and time to have conversations with family members and explore this idea I wanted to build on with process. This episode is one of the early displays of this concept I was playing with. It’s not structured, more of a banter between two brothers who enjoy each other's perspective. My brother being my best friend makes it easy for me to always want to hear his perspective. He is, in fact, a truth-teller, tastemaker, seeker, disruptor, a free-thinker…wisdom in bodily form for so many. To label him would only limit. For his body was always trying to play catch up to his spirit. This is a conversation between two brothers reflecting on our mutual foundations that have forged different paths on the same journey.
