Description
Conceived out of the global crisis that is the state of our men's mental health, Project Circle Up exists to lift men out of the metaphorical basement. Addiction, inaction and purposelessness wreak havoc on our men's wellbeing and rob the world of their unique contribution and gifts. We are a group of leaders who're committed to empowering men globally in becoming self-sufficient, finding and living their purpose, and becoming the men they've always wanted to be.
Our goal: men no longer struggle in silence or just "man up" but instead are empowered to turn to community, to Circle Up!

This is a spin frequency takeover of the IMPACT 2021 podcast. Michael J Miller is the host of the epic Spin Frequency podcast and he is a beautiful soul and wise wizard. There's so much to learn from him about remembering our inner child and seeing people for who they truly are. This episode features how to make friends, what is alchemy, and even a juice wrld remix of Righteous by the one and only Iain Gabriel. Please enjoy this takeover episode!
In this episode of the IMPACT 2021 podcast series Jessica Marshall continues her feature with our brilliant friend, the trilingual lawyer, Eleanor Rigby. Together they discuss social anxiety, entering your heart space vs being stuck in the energy of thoughts, calculating and the analytical mind, and how our energy and most subtle energy shifts impact our environment and how we're perceived and received. This one's short and sweet but both of the these ladies are eloquent and wise and therefore this one is worth a listen! Till next time, Don't man up, circle up.
In this episode Jessica Marshall from the Goddess Temple in San Marcos Guatemala steps up to learn more about what makes Guatemala "the heart of the Mayan world."
Here we meet Suhan Badalamenti one of the instrumental leaders in the Forest Family Foundation making a true impact of San Marcos, Lake Atitlan, and as a result Guatemala. Current the Foundation supports education through the Pedro Molino Pubic School, empowers women through the support of Luna K’aqchikel women’s weaving collective, the local fisherman Organization, RUKUX CHUPUP, Heart of Tul, in order to promote lake health awareness and continue their efforts to plant Tul around the shores of the Lake, and Mayan Ancestral Heritage Project preserving the customs of ceremony and maintaining spiritual altars.
This dialogue is exactly what we envisioned when we first thought of IMPACT and are so thrilled to highlight Suhan and the Forest Family Foundation as well as grateful for Jessica and her ongoing belief and dedication to preserving and protecting the local heritage in Guatemala.

As we reflect on all of the struggle, adversity, hate, fear, and loss of 2021 as well as all of the connection, hope, faith, new friends and relationships, serendipity, adventure, and love, this New Years Eve I took the opportunity to watch and listen to one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, Impact 2021.
What is Impact 2021? This short audio clip provides that context and sets up the next 5-10 episodes where we took live speakers, audience members, and strangers from our in-person experience and brought them into the podcast booth to talk about leadership, life, and social impact.
Huge shoutout goes to my boy Iain Gabriel, our brother Michael Miller from the Spin Frequency Podcast, Greg Founder of Eagles Nest on lake Atitlan Guatemala and all of our friends and community who came together to make this event and therefore these podcasts possible.
If you want to skip the context and jmump straight into the conversation tune into episode 1 of IMPACT 2021 up next!

Round 2 of I hope many, with the one and only Avi Nakash. Nakash has decades of experience working in men's work and in helping coach men on the difference between men and women.
A lot of this conversation goes against a lot of the PC narratives we have today about whats acceptable to talk about and I'm very happy to release this into the world.
Let's start thinking critically again... let's not be so quick to get offended with someone who has a different opinion or world view... let's see what we can learn, or re-learn about ourselves as a human race and get back to the basics of what works. Love this episode and love you all. Thank you again for doing this part two Avi.
Till next time, don't man up, Circle Up.
Bill Burdette is Chairman and CEO of Impact Deposits Corp.(IDC), President of its affiliated law firm, Charity Services Centers, P.A. and founder of a non-profit organization Center of Social Change, Inc.
With over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, you would have expected us to jump right into contracts, how to know if an investment is worthwhile or how to start a charity.... but we didn't.
And I'm thrilled that we didn't. Instead today you get to take advantage of intergenerational mentorship from a man who is 74 years old, made millions in his life, and has managed much much more. He sheds light on what he thinks his death will look like, how he overcame cancer, and on the importance of curiosity.
Personally, it couldn't have been better timing for me to meet Bill as our conversation gave me a literal shift in how I think about the world and how I know that it has my back and is conspiring in my favour. Everything is unfolding for a reason and I'm grateful for the obstacles that have been presented in my path so as to learn and be more aware.
Thank you Bill for doing the show and sharing your wisdom with us. Excited for round 2 soon! And thank you to our continued supporting listeners for sharing, subcribing, and most importantly implementing these lessons in your life.

I went out on a limb reaching out to TJ to be a guest on the show. He’s a highly sought after authority in the field of healing and performance with over 20 years of professional and experimental experience. He has an incredibly popular podcast aimed at deconstructing many of the misconceptions and often times lies we’ve been sold about health and our nature as humans. And after listening to his show and consistently being exposed to his truth and philosophy over instagram I knew I needed to work with him on the personal challenges I’ve experienced with injury and trauma in the last decade.
After our session we created a plan to follow and I know without a shadow of a doubt that TJ is a man who not only has a great philosophy but walks his talk and embodies his words. I have full faith that as I commitment myself, take full ownership of the choices I’ve made, and execute the plan we’ve created, I will fully heal from my personal challenges and be even stronger than I was before my injuries.
This podcast is for you if you’ve experienced injuries or trauma in the past like me and have been unable to heal and come back stronger than you were before the injury.
If you you know there’s an area of your life that isn’t working and you’ve yet to be able to take full responsibility for changing it.
Or if you’re losing faith that you’ll ever be able to overcome your circumstances and enjoy your life again. I’ve been there. I’m with you on this journey. I know how herd it is to keep your hope and faith alive.
So tune into this episode and bathe your mind in inspiration, possibility, and the truth about your nature and infinite capacity to heal. You can do this. We believe in you.
This topic is the most important in my life right now and I can't wait to see how our lives transform over the next 12-36 months practicing these philosophies.
I love you guys.

If you've ever felt like you couldn't be fully self-expressed, are lying to yourself and the world about who you truly are, and are searching for a role model of a man who's found people and community who embrace and love him for who he truly is, this is the podcast for you.
I strongly believe that this episode featuring Mike Sagun, who teaches stressed out men how to find calm in their lives, is a turning point for the Circle Up Podcast. A shedding of our old skin and a leveling up in our commitment to serving men, their families, and our communities. Mike is an absolute super star and we know that his authentic presence here sharing his story of rejection and masking his true identity before being fully embraced as a man is a true testament to the power of this work and we couldn't be more grateful to have him share his expertise, passion, and actionable best practices with us.
Mike is a certified professional men’s coach. He has a BA in Education and spent 10 years as a teaching artist coaching young people. He trained with Challenge Day, Lincoln Center Education in NYC, Bi-Jingo, Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and EVRYMAN. In 2017, Mike delivered a TEDx Talk about the significance for young people to have trusted adults in their lives. Recognizing the impact and importance of deep emotional health propelled him into his coaching career. After graduating from CTI, Mike launched his coaching practice with the purpose of creating safe spaces for men to think deeply about themselves and develop emotional awareness. Since then, Mike has partnered with companies like DropBox, LinkedIn, Google, Kaiser Permanente, TATLAB, BBXX, and Saje Wellness. Mike also partners with EVRYMAN, where he hosts men’s groups, facilitates men’s retreats, and coaches men in the community.
The foundation of Mike’s work is based in somatics and emotional awareness. He guides and teaches men to return to their bodies through breathwork, meditation, and powerful open ended questions that inspire self-discovery. When men learn to slow down and listen to their intuition, their internal wisdom becomes more accessible. From here, men respond to their lives constructively rather than reacting destructively.
Like and subscribe if you found an idea worth sharing as it helps to get this show into the eyes and minds of young people everywhere.
