Welcome back to project positivity with Martha AND my first podcast guest, Khadeeja!I'm so thankful to have Khadeeja on today's episode where we talk about everything from university meetings, to tinder dating even about sustainability and veganism. Khadeeja is a second year geography student at Bath Spa university. Although we attend the same university, Khadeeja and I met in a very '21st  century' way (listen to that!!). I hope you enjoy the podcast episode and please remember to leave a review. It helps this podcast grow and so we can reach even more positivity vibes for more lives.
Hello, putting back some positivity into the world when media is constantly telling you that you need to get the 'perfect abs', 'perfect butt', 'slim down for summer' - lies lies lies.I am here to let you know why having vulnerabilities is a character trait that humans can't escape, but creates a healthy body image when we learn to love what we have. Mass media, school, our own body image ideas - lets break it down and get some perspective on this topic on Project Positivity with Simply Martha.
So you don't 'look' ill? Stereotyping mental health is something we need to focus on. Understanding that all walks of life can be affected by mental health is an important lesson. I wanted to bring it back to the start of where mental health was, is, and how you should hopefully feel with mental health.
Welcome to my first podcast, wow...I'm Martha and I run a blog, Simply Martha. My aim for this podcast is talk about mental health and what it is like to have mental health problems with the society of this generation. I want to inject positivity back into life and I feel often that we sometimes struggle to see the bright side of life.
